All orders are final. No returns or refunds. No exceptions.

Once your shipping label is printed you will receive an email that says your order is shipped, but that doesn't mean its in USPS possession yet.

Exceptions: if anything happens with my kids, they come first

Processing is now 15-20 business days. Does not include weekends or holidays. Refer to our instagram for daily updates on processing. 

By placing order you automatically agree to all policies stated.

Once order is in USPS possession we are not responsible for anything that happens to your order.

We do not tolerate any type of rude behavior we will simply block you and you'll still receive your order.

Any mistakes on our end will result in us trying to fix it asap. 
 

Any problems with order need to be addressed within 30 days of order date or there’s nothing we can do to help you

We ship orders via the address provided by the buyer, any mistakes where the package cannot be delivered due to insufficient address will result in the buyer having to pay for a second shipping fee.
